It’s not difficult! She has just used the FREE App ‘Managing Your New Home’ for the very first time, to report a defect in her new home. And it was a cinch.
5 Months ago, she moved into her first ever, brand new home. One of her early concerns was what to do if something should ever go wrong. “Not to worry”, said her developer. “We’ve engaged an After Care specialist, and they will take care of it”.
Within moments of submitting her problem through our portal, one of our trained Warranty After Care Controllers was on it. A few more questions required answers before we could resolve the issue, and this was taken care of with a quick easy telephone call. By the end of the day, we had written a job instruction, contacted the original contractor, agreed an appointment date and issued a job instruction.
It really couldn’t be easier. The entire process is well thought through and designed to support the homeowner from start to end. We’ve been doing this successfully with developers across the UK for the last 21 years.
