NEW WAY TO PAY FOR OUTSTANDING AFTER CARE

Every developer needs to provide reliable After Care, regardless of size of development. But we recognise how challenged the new homes market is right now so, cost management is a critical aspect of running your business.
After Build have provided fixed-price After Care for the last 20 years and the very fact that developers can know and control the cost of our service from the outset, has been one of the reasons making our service so popular.
However, there are developers who are very confident about their build quality and, don’t want to pay for a service they won’t require.
Our new pricing model addresses this perfectly. Instead of paying a fixed-fee for every plot, we charge a far lower registration fee and thereafter charge NOT A PENNY MORE (unless a property reports an issue, in which instance we will apply a one-off single fee for that plot – and that also means they can report as many more issues as needs be without incurring further costs.
OPTION 1
Original pricing model
Pay between £220 to £550 per plot (£275 to £605 to include OOH Emergency)
Rate depends on volume
Thereafter no further charge
No limit on defects reported
Up to 3 snags per plot
Perfect for those developers who prefer to know what their financial exposure is from the outset.
OPTION 2
New pricing model
Register each property for £55 per plot (£70 to include OOH Emergency)
PAY NO MORE for those who do not report anything
For any plot reporting a snag/defect for the first time in Year 1 a one-off charge of £625 shall apply and thereafter there will be no limit on how many more snags/defects that plot may report
If a plot doesn’t report a snag/defect until Year 2, a one-off charge of £300 shall apply (no limit on further snags/defects).
Statistically only 28% of new properties report a snag/defect (After Build statistics).
Perfect for those developers who are confident about their build quality and don’t want to pay for anything they’re not going to receive.
