A new client relationship with HUB will involve our site team at the unique Boiler House scheme. Designed by Studio Egret West, The Boiler House will provide 54 environmentally-conscious homes for sale at the heart of the remarkable regeneration project in Hayes, Hillingdon.
Designed as a pavilion, its tapering shape pays homage to the factory chimneys that once stood here. The Boiler House derives its name from the steam and heating plant that once serviced the entire Old Vinyl Factory site.
Comprised of studio, one and two bedroom apartments these homes will be light and airy with floor to ceiling windows. Generous balconies with timber decking provide fresh air and outside space. Inside, wooden floors, contemporary kitchens with stainless steel worktops and sleek, modern bathrooms all add up to a very cool and considered way of living.
